Operations Director
Bob's role as the Operations Director for P4 Automotive is centered around process improvement. He is responsible for analyzing workflows, processes, and employee and customer retention that spearhead initiatives that help P4 Automotive continue to grow.
Bob has over 35 years of experience in the automotive business. He spent over 20 years with Penske Automotive overseeing fixed operation departments in Texas. He was responsible for increasing efficiencies, process implementation, expense control, budgeting, and profitability. He has been recognized for his ability to see potential, train, and grow people.
Bob joined P4 Automotive in 2017 and has been instrumental in creating and implementing many of the processes that have allowed P4 Automotive to grow and recognize the opportunities that will help sustain that growth in the future.
