Owner and CEO
Leo Portaluppi is the Owner and CEO of P4 Automotive, where he is responsible for leading the company's overall strategy and resources.. He is responsible for the financial performance and meeting the financial objectives of P4 Automotive. In his role as CEO, he will remain hands-on working with operations leadership in developing strategic policies and programs to drive profitable stable-growth across the company. Additionally, Leo represents the company in front of key partners, and the public and is responsible for building and leading a strong management team.
As CEO, Leo brings over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, starting his career with the Penske Auto Group in Fixed Operations. In 2007, he became a Managing Partner of a store in Kentucky. In 2014, he was awarded the Chevrolet open point in Columbus, Indiana. With Leo at the helm, P4 has grown considerably, with multiple acquisitions in the last few years.
