Controller
Jeroyl Shelley is the Controller at P4 Auto, where she leads the accounting team and is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. She is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's financial systems and controls, overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports, and managing the budgeting and forecasting process. She also works closely with other departments to provide financial support and analysis, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
HR Director
Susan Jones is the HR Director at P4, where she leads the human resources department and is responsible for the overall management of human resources for the organization. She is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing employee relations and recruitment, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Marketing Director
As the Marketing Director, Robert brings his years of experience in dealership sales and management, as well as his experience as an Advertising Consultant for Autotrader, as a Sales representative for DDC and his experience as a KBB Representative. His proficiencies with automotive software in and out of the dealership allow him to leverage all the dealership data points to better drive ROI. He leads a team of marketing professionals who have brought video production, SEO and website management in house.
Customer Experience Director
Emily Hill, the Customer Experience Director at P4, is an expert in customer service and experience. With her extensive experience, she is proficient with CSI guidelines for multiple brands and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, managing customer feedback and concerns and training employees on best practices for customer service.
New Inventory Director
Jordan is the New Inventory Director at P4 Auto where he is directly responsible for new vehicle ordering and turn. Jordan utilizes a wide range of sales and market data to stock the correct inventory, price it to move, and increase our allocation.
Used Inventory Director
Aaron Wildey leads the used vehicle acquisition department. His team buys vehicles- from auctions, service customers or from other sources. Aaron’s team directly prices used inventory based on the latest market trends, actively managing inventory levels and turn rate based on the latest financial data.
Fixed Operations Director
He is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the fixed departments, developing and managing the service department budget, including forecasting and analyzing costs and revenues, and setting service department goals and objectives. Tim also plays a key role in ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
