Kevin is a seasoned financial professional with a wealth of experience in merger and acquisition initiatives, strategic planning, and accounting. He currently serves as CFO of P4 Automotive, where he is a key member of the leadership team and oversees all aspects of the company's financial performance. Prior to his role at P4 Automotive, Kevin began his career at a big four accounting firm before founding and running his own successful consulting and accounting firm. He then shifted his focus to consulting and advisory services, where he has facilitated multiple partnerships, buyouts, and mergers for dealerships, working with brands such as GM, Stellantis, Nissan, Ford, and Hyundai. He is also well-versed in state licensing requirements and has been involved in multiple rooftop setups in multiple states.
Kevin has a distinguished record of both professional accomplishments and community service. He served in the United States Air Force, holds a record-setting status in track and field at Apollo High School and is a Member of the Hall of Fame, served as the President of the Kentucky Society of CPA's and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Brescia College. Furthermore, Kevin is highly active in his community and church, demonstrating a strong dedication to both.
